haha.. i made another *cheers* hahaa.. yes.. this one is in relation to nevaeh..

stats: is part of an anthro animal organization of the city ((the same city Nevaeh lives in)) that tries to rid the city of all animals that disobey the laws((including Nevaeh)). whisp and her partner ((Riff-profile shall come soon-)) are givin the mission to hunt down and kill neva. ..in a few words.. is almost like Draco to harry potter ((haha..))... they hate eachothers guts.
special: has a swirly blue tattoo below her eyes, that shows her stats in the organization, had her bellybutton peirced, always wears a bell of somesort ((theres one on her collar here)), has multiple hidden wepons on her.
